Imposible activate PTC Mathcad Prime 8 Student Edition

I purchased Mathcad Prime 8 Student Edition, but I can not activate the product, in this moment I have a trial edition with 26 days left. I only have my order number.

"3. If you have a product Code, select #Get License, else you opt for #Log a Case with PTC License Management"
