Invalid Host - but only on specific networks

Hello,

I'm running into an issue where my Mathcad 9 license returns an 'Invalid Host' error on a specific network. It just so happens to be my university's WiFi, which is problematic because I need to use Mathcad on my laptop at my university. Strangely enough, the license works whenever I'm not on the university's WiFi. I've attempted the following:

  • ipconfig/all
  • net config rdr
  • enabling/disabling my internet card through Device Manager
  • completely reinstalling Mathcad 9
  • re-requesting my license and downloading it on the university's WiFi
  • running a VPN
  • verifying that the HostID is the same on both the license and laptop.

None of these methods were successful. My other colleagues do not have this problem. Any assistance is greatly appreciated.
