Trying to install my Mathcad 15 lic on latest PC...
Acquiring license stage fails..."The server committed a protocol violation. Section=ResponseHeader Detail=CR must be followed by LF"

Yes...but lic part not working anymore

I am not sure whether users can retrieve Mathcad 15.0 license anymore. However, could you try latest Mathcad Prime 8.0 version? https://support.ptc.com/support/mathcad_downloads.htm

My original purchased student lic was for Matched Prime 2.0 (which included Mathcad 15.0).  To use version 8.0 looks like I would need to pay for an upgrade to 8.0.  I just want to keep what I already paid for and not purchase an upgrade.  Please help....  Thanks!
