MathCad Prime 8 activion

We have a MathCad Prime 8.0 license. And we try and move it to another computer. But we get an error during activation. It gives to many activations. Could you please release our license so i can install in on the new computer.

Transferring Mathcad License from Existing Host ID to New Host ID:

1. Commercial / Maintenance Active  Customer
2. Student Edition or Mathcad Single User Account
