Mathcad 14 install in Windows 10

My Mathcad 14 will not install under Windows 10. Tried Windows XP and 8 Compatibility modes Installation did not load all filde needed in C:\Users\dwshl\AppData\Local\Temp\Mathcad14.0EN_Install\Mathcad\Help\program files\Mathcad\Mathcad 14\doc\HELP_EN

You could try to download the installation source provided through Vladimir's link(s) here:

(Of course after wiping all mathcad 14 related stuff hanging on your computer first.)

Also make sure that you have (pre-)installed the right prerequisites. Mathcad is quite picky about the correct version (no sooner, no later) of MSXML.
