Hello everyone, I wanted to know if Mathcad 15 works and can run in a snapdragon laptop with ARM windows.
I don't know the answer to that question, but:
I suppose it depends on how good the Snapdragon ARM processor can mimic 'ordinary' (Intel or AMD) 32 or 64 bit Windows behaviour. If you own such a laptop, AND have acces to the installation media for Mathias 15 (this may be your first challenge), I suggest you start by installing it. If that runs, there's a chance that Matched 15 will run. Your next challenge will be to get it licensed. As you may know, the support for this version was stopped a couple of years ago, which means that the installation media is no longer available from PTC and the license server was shut. So in order to get it licensed to run, you need to contact PTC support. This forum cannot help you with that.
Success!

I don’t have access to the PC unfortunately. I’m looking at buying a Surface Pro with a Snapdragon chip. I’ve read that it can emulate 32-bit and 64-bit apps pretty well, but I don’t know anything about licensing. Will licensing depend on the PC cpu architecture?
