Have you installed the program but it won't start?
Yes i have installed but i can not log in to my license?
1. Create a backup (or just archive) of the config file (in this directory: C:\Users\CurrentUser\AppData\Local\PTC\).2. Delete the current config file (in this directory: C:\Users\CurrentUser\AppData\Local\PTC\).3. Run Mathcad Prime again.
The problem is with my account not with mathcad cuz they ask me to pay again
