Mathcad Prime 3.1

I have a permanent license for Mathcad Prime 3.1.  My laptop motherboard on this computer failed.   I've replaced the motherboard and can no longer use Mathcad.  When trying to get another license, I can't, since the software on the PTC site indicates that my product code is incorrect.   I'm currently retired (2016), and would like to get this working.   I'm not paying support, since I'm happy with the current versions Mathcad 15 and Prime 3.1.   Can someone guide me to the right person/contact?
