Mathcad express won't open

I'm having difficulty opening Mathcad Express 7.0.0. It's been on my computer for 30 days, and now when I click on the app to start it, it starts up, but when I click on the app to bring it up, it wont open the screen.

Thanks for the suggestions. However, it seems unlikely to me that either of those would be the problem, because it's been working fine on my computer for the 30 day full trial period, and then just stopped working. Any thoughts?
