Mathcad license

I have this weird issue that whenever I connect my phone with my computer via usb cable, my mathcad license will dissapear and whenever I try applying it it prompts me with this error. The license request failed.
Requesting MathcadPrime ...
C:\Users\kleol\Desktop\sw_license_email_278734.dat: (-9) Invalid host.

If I try yo share hotspot from my phone, instead of using ethernet through it with a usb cable, the license appears again and if I try to activate it it works well. 

Does anyone have any idea how i can fix this issue? I am also using a 30free trial license.

Thank you for the help. I already followed all the steps but it did not fix the issue.

When connect to your phone, your computer is switching to that IP address as the primary and not the one in your computer which is tied to your MathCAD license.

How would I be able to change that? I connected with my phone, requested with a new license, however this method doesnt work.
