Mathcad prime 5 education edition locked features

I have not changed anything and mathcad prime 5 education edition suddenly does not have all of the features unlocked. I have been using it for years and it always worked without any problems.

Can you please take a screenshot of the error message. Follow the below steps to do the same. 

Launch Mathcad Prime > Click on M icon on top left corner > Options > License > Capture the screenshot 

This would help to narrow down the cause.

it says invalid and no license but i have used it since 2018 and the license never ran out

Hi @Danel_Waldl,

Please try to reconfigure your Mathcad Prime again with the text license file 

Select the radio button for file and then browse to the license file and hit apply
