Need to find a way to get a hold of tech support on an existing service contract

Hello, I wasn't able to find the product code anywhere.
I need someone from tech support to please contact me.
I'm looking to see if there's a way to look at older Mathcad versions as we don't seem to be able to open these files when we upgrade to the newer versions of Mathcad.

To try to answer your question, assuming you're upgrading to Mathcad Prime from legacy Mathcad (like Mathcad 15), you can't open legacy worksheet files directly. However, you can convert legacy worksheets to Prime files (starting with Prime 7, you don't need legacy Mathcad installed) (see first video), and starting with Mathcad Prime 8 (latest version), you can convert legacy worksheets to HTML format, which is a very close approximation to what the legacy worksheet looked like:

I manage the Creo and PTC Mathcad YouTube channels for PTC, as well as all PTC Mathcad marketing in general.
