You need to contact PTC license management group.
This is the Community, users helping other users and no access to licensing.
I have tried to do that, however because I don't have a prime account due to not recieving the key I am denied access.

I hve filled out the form and I have also sent an email to the wwlm@ptc.com and got a case number. However I cannot access the case.
And what is the Case number?
