PTC MathCAD express on different computers with the same email

I can't get MathCAD to work on a different workstation using same email. I'd like to know if uninstalling on the first workstation will free up the license because reinstalling is a real hustle with our IT services.

After resetting the PC, MathCad decided I don't need a license for the free version so I am not getting an error anymore so I guess I'm fine unless we chose to upgrade to mathcad prime then I might need to adress this issue again.
But for now my problem is solved
