Prime 2.0 installer

Hello, I have a perpetual license for Prime 2.0 but do not have the installation file. I see that it is no longer available for download but I need to install the software on a new hard drive. I do have the license file, I just need the software.

I can't find any way to email support directly with this request, can anyone help?

Due to licensing restrictions PTC can no longer distribute MathCAD or MathCAD Prime releases prior to Prime 7.
