I have used the product code given, when I go through the activation process through the Mathcad software I am given an error message that my product code is not valid. 

Please provide me with a valid product code to activate the software. The product code that I am using is: 

GCINUS2021000004713162.

Again through the activation process through the software, I am given an error message that the product code is invalid.  See attachments.

You may have two network MAC addresses (Host-ID's) on the PC where you are trying to install Prime 7. One would be for  LAN connection, the other for a WiFi connection.

Suggestion: Select the (or an) other Host-ID for licensing.
