Student liscence on PTC MathCad 8.0

When I enter my new liscence key, it always tell me to try later. So I looked at the email and since i'm on the student version, it tells me that I need to send my student id and a proof of scholarity but there is no email mentioned for me to send it. Where do i send it? And is that why I can't activate my liscence key?

Try to request for a license manually by providing your Mathcad product code and physical address of Ethernet adapter using the following web case logger: http://support.ptc.com/support/mathcad_supportCenterSingleUser.htm The license file will be sent via E-mail.

It is all good. A couple days later I received an email from PTC telling me that it was ready to be activate. I guess I was only not patient enough.
