Trouble acquiring 30 day full functionality trial license

I cannot acquire a license for the 30 day trial with full functionality. I go through the PTC Mathcad Prime 8.0.0.0 License Wizard and on the "Acquire License" tab, the progress bar loads while saying "Verifying Eligibility..." until it freezes and after 20-30 seconds I get an error saying "License service appears to be busy. Please try again."

I really need to try out the full functionality to see if this software is suitable for my needs.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Yes the issue is fixed. It seemed to be down for a couple days but it eventually worked.
