Trying to convert older files but the converter is greyed out

I am trying to see if the new version of mathcad prime is compatible with my older mathcad files. However after watching the tutorial i have discovered that the converter tab is greyed out. How am I supposed to try the trial version to see if my files are compatible if the converter is greyed out? Is there something that needs to be enabled on the account?

Rerun the Prime installation and in the "Customize Application' section be sure to tick the XMCD, MCD Converter feature.
