I've been trying to renew my subscription/license for Mathcad Prime. The support website seems to require that I communicate with a 'Renewal Advisor' or open a support case for renewal. But none of that has gotten a response.
I believe my license expires tomorrow and may be nonrenewable if I haven't. What should I do?
