Unable to update MathCAD Express

Hello,
My co-worker has installed a newer version of MathCAD, and I am now unable to access files that she has saved. I would like to update my version so it is compatible (but continue using MathCAD Express).

I have tried using the website to request a new installer, twice in the last two days, but the promised email has never arrived (and yes I have checked my junk folder).

Are you able to help me out?

You should be able to copy the installer executable from your coworkers PC and install it on your PC. Then don't apply for a license, it will run in express mode and you can read her files.
