can't get a trial license

can't get a trail license. There is no program selection in the Acquire License window. The window is empty.

• For Mathcad Prime
  • Option 1: Retrieve a trial license via internet
    1. Install and launch Mathcad Prime
    2. Click top left Mathcad Prime icon(M') > select  Options from the drop down menu
    3. Select License tab > Get trial License
  • Option 2: Manual license file via e-mail
    • Log a support case using Mathcad Case Logger with the Host-ID(MAC address) of the machine
