change PC and reinstall Mathcad 13

hello, I have an old license for the version Mathcad 13 and also a disc for the upgrade to the version 14.
I have installed the vers 13 on a notebook and then upgraded to the 14.
Now I changed the notebook and I wish to reisntall the software on the new Pc. Is it possible? How can I manage the license in the new PC? Thanks.
