Hello to everyone,
I have a new laptop where I have already installed Mathcad Prime 11.00, but some of my old Mathcad 15 files still do not work well in Mathcad Prime when I convert them.
I still have the Mathcad 15 package saved in my cloud, but I don't know how to make it work. What should I do to make it to work?
regards,
Rogelio
Attach MC 15 file and Converted file. Show what is not working and @Werner_E will tell you what is wrong.

Are you sure? 😉
As I understand it (and also because the question was posted in the installation forum), the questioner wants to get Mathcad 15 up and running.
I assume that @rdelascasas has a perpetual license. Otherwise, there would be no way to do this, since Mathcad 15 is no longer available.
But even with a perpetual license, it will probably be difficult, since PTC has discontinued support for MC15 and is presumably no longer generating license files for it. A request to official support could clarify this once and for all.
The Mathcad 15 license file is tied to the MAC address of the network card. So if you have a valid license and can still find an old license file, you could install a virtual network card on a new computer and assign it the exact MAC address for which the license file was originally generated. Unlike Prime, Mathcad does not insist on the so-called primary network card.
Feel free to post a MC15 file you have problems with the converted Prime version in the Mathcad forum Mathcad - PTC Community.
Please provide Mathcad 15 example worksheet here.
