lmadmin_ptc service running but ptc_d fails to start: Not a valid license server system host

I am using Mathcad Prime Release 9.0 and Datecode9.0.0.0

Hello,

Clients are unable to open Mathcad, error -61 Cannot read license file data from license server system.

Deemon log shows:

No such feature or vendor does not exist: ptc_d

I've tried restarting the lmadmin_ptc service and tried replacing the license.dat (the old license.dat expiration date showed 22-dec-2024). Also tried importing a license file.

Here are the errors that I faced

Check the hosts in the old and new license file.
