product online activation doesn't work

Hi,

Appreciate note re end of sale, but I've not really seen this before.

I'll contact seller re new version, but I should still be able to activate old licence under purchase conditions, but your server doesn't seem to work. Can you please tell me what do I need to do to be able to active version I purchased from you?
