Hey, this is the only place I have received any response, thank you for
that. I have been trying but I am getting the online runaround. I tried
calling, no response. When I tried writing they routed me here.

If you got your license from a PTC partner, you should reach out to them. They would probably be able to handle the renewal more quickly.
