Convert xmcd to mcdx please

I am hoping someone would be able to convert an .xmcd worksheet into an .mcdx worksheet.  I have attached the file.

Here you are - worksheet in Format for Prime 4.0

You can do the conversion yourself if you install Mathcad 15 in parallel with Prime.

If you have purchased Prime you are also entitled to use Mathcad 15 using the very same license file.

If you are using Prime Express you can also install the trial version of Mathcad 15 and use it for 30 days.
