Direct numerical computation?

The only way I know to get a numerical answer is to add an = sign at the end of my symbolic evaluation started by -->. Is there any way to skip that step and have Mathcad directly solve my problem numerically? I'm doing some nasty integrals right now and I don't need it to solve it symbolically if it will take forever.

If you only need an answer at the end, maybe the integration operator (Ctrl + Shift + I ) will do:

I think it depends on how 'nasty' your integrals are, and where the integration limits lie with respect to the nasty parts of the integrand or integral.
