Endless Conveyor Belt and Pulley Design

Has anyone tackled the design of endless belt conveyors using CEMA standards in MathCAD?

I currently use BeltAnalystI from Overland Conveyors to do simple belts, but the pulley design information is very basic - I've got the option of shelling out $3500 AUD for the big full bore version of BeltSTAT or BeltAnalyst II. But most of the conveyors I do are simple single drive units and I'm looking for a tool to speed up and optimise the pulley shaft and shell design process.

Any thoughts or suggestions?

Did you ever find an answer to this question? I am facing the same challenge and would prefer to use an existing CEMA pulley calculation in Mathcad or somewhere else vs code up my own solution.
