Error in operators and symbols

   Dear all, recently I reinstalled Mathcad Prime 3.0 and now it gives an error with the words

"Unknown error

Could not initialize outfproc symbolic engine "

in any calculations.  What should I do?

The installation itself proceeds with no errors?
