Could anybody tell me what this error message means? I'm trying to install a trial version of Mathcad Prime and I'm requested to fill in the account information for the PTC-account right before I get prompted with this:

The account in question is upgraded and connected to the company. The link in the message leads to Reset Your Password (although we can log in with the account, there's nothing wrong with the password).

Did you try it again at different times? Maybe PTC's licensing server had a short downtime.
Otherwise I would suggest you contact PTC support.
