Hmmm, that depends.
As you are using Prime 6 we could say that its you and not Prime 6, because Prime 6 actually IS capable to return the correct result and so far is the last version of Prime able to do so. Just switch back to the old symbolic engine 😄
As Cornel already wrote its the limit of the Fresnel cosine integral function which is calculated wrong (same problem with FresnelS, too)

And don't use an end value larger than 12 or the like as the numeric accuracy of the integral is rather bad.
You sure will have to increase the Integrals accuracy value from its default 100 to a much higher value. Here is what you get if you set it to 1000:
