Format Vector Display

I need to "format" my vector result such that the variable is in the upper left corner vs. the default middle. Thank you.

That's not possible.

Will this work:

Good tip. I'm embarrassed to have to admit that I had never noticed you could do that :-[

Collab !

Could it be that you meant "alignment" ?
and that you never discovered ! ?

I am aware of the alignment command while using the "table" output. I was looking for the same feature (alignment) using the "matrix" notation.

I'd never noticed it. Always learning!
Very useful.

+ to learn (maybe ?)

There is no such thing as "Matrix notation" in Mathcad 11.2a and lower.
You may be confused again by the "Nested array expansion".
The "Nested array expansion" is again limited by the "size"
and may vary with "size" ... "too large to display".
In this case, we use some program modules posted one (1) month ago.
We can explode "too large to display":
for the 3 side by side color image matrix by the vectorize operator.

... this is the utility sheet.

I am a little lost with this attachment.

As you previously showed, I want to use the alignment command when items are shown in Matrix form (appears to not be possible). If it is not possible, then I would like to know how I can force Mathcad to default to an Upper Alignment default. On my sheets, I can go to Format --> Result --> Display Option and force all output to Table. How do I force the Table output to automatically align to the top instead of the default center????

I don't think there is an automatic positioning option for the table output. You can right click the table to change the positioning, though.

Time to go through the worksheet 😞

Does anyone know how to fix a display problem/issue. My tables/vectors are either 7 or 8values and the display truncates to 6 maybe seven of the values.

Just read my reply again and the image.
Alignment starts at > 10 rows,
what you want has no option.

I'll offer you the same solution I offered to other collab some days ago. If everything else fails, you can always make easier your sheets editing using a keyboard macro utility.

I use AutoHotkey since a month ago and I can say it is really a helper automating some annoying tasks in Mathcad as formatting. It is free and open-source.

I did a test redefining the mouse [Alt]Leftclick and it works very well.

Notice I use Mathcat 2001 Pro and the example macro in the picture is specific for the menu structure of this version.

A macro to replace the mouse click !

I just can't see that. How many pages of macros per sheet to replace the mouse, even on a page of working applications. Commonly, lot many collabs under-use Mathcad by a great %. More commonly, too many Mathcaders don't visit the qs and not enough the collab, the best learning place !

I can see the method being useful for doing MathStyles as well.

Anything that takes more than two clicks is too much for most folk to remember or practive unless they absolutely have to. An economy of effort thing.

From stores, find cheaper "LazyBoy" than Mathcad.
