To create an animation, you have to disable (or delete) the region where you assign theta.
But the animations seems to be wrong which may be due to the solve block finding the "wrong" of the two solutions. Try 98° and then 99° for theta.
You might consider a more appropriate dynamic guess value or you solve the system by hand (or use Mathcads symbolics) and use one of the solutions found.
BTW, IMHO its a bad habit to disable Mathcads units and then introduce fake units like mm:=1. There sure a better ways to deal with the fact, that lsolve will choke on the units used.
