Hi
I was wondering if you could help me when adding complex and polar numbers.
I'v found out how to type in polar numbers with angle symbol. But I always get the results in complex.
I was hopeing to the it out with the angle symbol.
I'll try to demonstrate here what I want.
Looking forward on input regarding this
What version of Mathcad are you using? If you've got M15, then you should be able to define the inverse "angle" function - see the quicksheet C:\Program Files\Mathcad\Mathcad 15\Resource Center\en\qsheet\Techniques\complex.xmcd (substituting your actual Mathcad path for the standard one if necessary)
Stuart
Yes, thanks
That almost made it
But is there any way possible to get the angle in the center, like I started out?
I'v tried defining it in other ways, but can't get it to work.
If you have Prime 2.0, you can format the results. See attachement.

In normal Mathcad too
"If you can not, but you really (vary) want you can!" (In Russian more fine: "Если нельзя, но очень хочется то можно!" Со скрипом, но можно!)
Here's a worksheet I posted a while ago. I tihnk this (or some variation of it) is the best you can do.
