How do I move my prime account to another device?

Since you are only able to have your licensed account on one account unless they're connected to the same network and with a different subscription, is there a way for me to inactivate the license on one device and activate the subscription on another? Right now the account is on my desktop but I need it on my laptop.

try sending your request to academicsupport@ptc.com

Send OLD Mac address, NEW Mac address and the product code and cross your fingers.

I'm using a student license however when i press next when choosing "Log ncase" on the link in the threat nothing happens however if I choose "Get license" I'm met with this: "Thank you for using Mathcad. You have reached the maximum number of license requests available for your product type. To upgrade to the latest version of Mathcad, please visit store.ptc.com."

 

But I am still not able to transfer the license.
