I have MathCAD 14.0 and Windows XP. I am trying to reinstall MathCAD 14.0.
I don't have the technical support privileges.

It is my PC. I have PCTools as the antivirus software.

P.S. Try disabling your antivirus program before installing Mathcad 14.
Can you provide a screendump of the error message when trying to install?
