Does anyone know how to convert an audio file, like a wav or mp3 file, to a data file, like a prn file of voltage vs. time, that can be read by Mathcad? And then after manipulations in Mathcad converted back to an audio file? Or an audio file to a csv file?

Depending upon which version you are using, but I think there are two functions named something like READWAV and WRITEWAV that will do what you want. Look up wav or audio in Help.
