Inline division character

Inline division character

Hello!

Is there a way to change the inline division sign from this "÷" to that "/" ?
I saw arguments about the slash sign can be misread to 1, but as is the division sign can be misread to +.
It would be great to be able to change the operator styles as we please.
Or can I find the files where the operator characters are stored, so I could override them manually?

P.m. Im using Prime version. The goal is to be able to see the following: x/y, and not x÷y.

As far as I know, there's very little about Prime that you can customise. You can define a function:

that works:

but Prime has no provision to use functions with infix notation. That is, you cannot put:

x / y =

What is 'not in Prime'?

There's no shortcut for it, and there's no infix notation, but the inline division is there.

And in Mathcad (1 through 15) you cannot change the symbol for the inline division, it has to be ÷.

It is in Prime, and it has shortcut as well. At least in Prime 7.

You're right. Forgot to try it out.

It didn't list in the help info:
