Is it possible to add y axis?

I want to express additional y axis.

it means that y axis exist two.

Is it possible?

Is it possible?

In Mathcad (15 and below), yes.

Unfortunately in Prime plotting got incredibly worse and, no, we can not add a secondary y-axis.
