Using a floating license, does anyone know if it is possible (and how) to borrow a license with Mathcad Prime 2 for longer than a week.
There seems to be no way to set the time in Prime2.
Hi Werner,
Maybe my answer will help you from here (that should work for versions that came before Prime was released): http://communities.ptc.com/message/198141#198141

Unfortunately not. I already saw that post of yours but its only related to the default timeout at the server side (the filename seems to be different here as our flexlm is running under Linux).
The time a license should be borrowed is something the client has to tell (within the limits set by the flexlm server) - its not a server option. One can change that time in MC14/15 but in Prime2 it looks like you have to stick to that 1 week. I see no option to change that. Therefore the question to get sure I am not overlooking something.
