I'm used to it by now. Regularly, Mathcad loses the connection to the license for no reason at all I need to stop what I'm working on just because. Not to say that license management and activation steps must be among the worst kind of processes I have ever seen for a paid product.
Not happy with the overall situation, this time things got worse. Lost license and Mathcad is looking for a "Product Code". Something I never got when managing licenses. When I read the articles about it in the below link:

I get to a "solution center" which suposedly would provide me this product code. It seems like PTC is extending its bad support to a 3rd party now, but its the same quality of work:

I got the sales order, contract #, customer #, but this Digital River Solution Center does not recognize anything. Can anyone help? I can't use the license now. Below is the answer I got:
"The inputted order number could not be found. Please validate the order number and try again."
What version of Mathcad are you using?
