MATHCAD Flexnet License Move
I'm attempting to moved my networked mathcad license to a new server. I've followed the support article (https://www.ptc.com/en/support/article/CS20911?oskarSession=4ed21d13-73b5-4882-8e39-d12bebb4a6bc&source=support_assistant) and to how to install the service manually (https://www.ptc.com/en/support/article/CS62129?oskarSession=4ed21d13-73b5-4882-8e39-d12bebb4a6bc&source=support_assistant) and everything looks fine but when I go to start the license it won't start and when I attempt to re-read the license it fails. the Debug log isn't showing anything either.

Hi,
- remove your FLEXnet installation
- go to https://www.ptc.com/support/-/media/support/refdocs/Creo_Parametric/compatibility/PTC_LMS_Download.pdf
- download https://download.ptc.com/download2/products/FLEXnet/flexnetadmin64_11.19.6.1.zip
- unzip flexnetadmin64_11.19.6.1.zip and install FLEXnet

Thank you for replying Martin!
The problem with removing my current flexnet is that it also holds other licenses for other software and that is why I opted to do the manual install.

Hi,
the golden rule says that software from a certain manufacturer requires a separate installation of FLEXnet.
Therefore I suggest you install separate FLEXnet instance for PTC products.
