MathCAD installation problem

Hi there,

I think I'm having some problems with the license that was forwarded to me from PTC. When I show the path for the license, its says that the MathCAD is installed and is ready to use. But when I try to open up a MathCAD, I can't. It gives me an error. Attached, please find the problem that I'm facing.

I would appreciate your cooperation in this respect.

I am using Math CAD 14 and have tried installing it on Windows 7 (64bit machine). Could this be a potential issue ??

Hi Ashehad,

When running the installer, right-click and select 'Run as Administrator'.

If that doesn't help, search these pages for "Mathcad Win7 installation" and you'll see notes from others that had similar issues.
