Mathcad 14 crashes on startup

I have had Mathcad 14 (Datecode M020) running for about a month on a machine using Windows XP. Yesterday I used Print Preview (probably for the first time, not sure) and it crashed. Since then, Mathcad crashes every time I try to start it up. I have removed and re-installed it and cleaned Windows registry but without success. Any suggestions are most appreciated.

Mathcad 14 and Print Preview crashing is a known problem, that should have been fixed for the vast majority of users in M020. However, even if you still have that issue, it should not be affecting Mathcad running. I suggest you contact technical support at http://www.ptc.com/support/mathcad_contacts.htm if you are a single user. If you have maintenance, you can contact them through your maintenance account.
