Mathcad Engineering Libraries

Fishing through the community blogs I note that the Mathcad Engineering Libraries are no longer available. But one can get them via Knovel.

One blog says that a discount is available, but that appeared to relate to Mathcad Prime V1, is it available for V2, if so how do I apply for it?
