A little bit of experimentation shows that this effect occurs with a number of characters that have math representations (eg, / and +). Is this a known problem?

I'm currently wathching with some trepidation as my new (to me) laptop is downloading Windows 10. I guess I'll find out soon enought whether Prime and 15 still work.
