Mathcad Prime 11 Student Edition - Issue with license and how to obtain product code?

I purchased the Mathcad Prime 11 Student version back in May, but i had issue with my Laptop Wi-Fi Network card, and now i am using a docking station with wired network. But my Mathcad is not working anymore, so i need to know how to re-generate a license with the correct host ID. I am being asked to find the product code but i am having hard time finding it... i need help please urgent ! any help is appreciated.

Transferring Mathcad License from Existing Host ID to New Host ID

  1. Commercial / Maintenance Active  Customer
  2. Student Edition or Mathcad Single User Account

Hi. Thank you for the response. But I still do not know how to determine my Product Code. If you could tell me where I can find the Product code for the edition of Mathcad that I have purchased, that would be much appreciated. When I purchased the license for Mathcad Prime 11, I received 3 confirmation emails, one of them having a Product Key, which began with MT. However, I was made aware that this is not, in fact, the actual Product Code. Please tell me where I can find my Product Code, as that is required to execute all subsequent steps. Thank you for your help.
