More units please

I have a default set of units that are included in my document template. They are there because I use them regularly.

Having a bit of fun, I have attached a sheet with these and about 50 more.  Who doesn't compare area to Rhode Island or volume to a cord of firewood?

Feel free to add more.

Bob

So I will say that some of these are already built in, notably cubits, fortnights, and Smoots. (Mathcad is very proud of the Smoots.)

The kitchen stuff is something I actually keep a conversion card magnetised to the fridge for. Very useful, because I often forget how many cups of water I need to pour in to get 4 quarts to boil pasta with... when using a 2-cup water-measuring container. (Eight containers-worth.) Happened as recently as today.

Your New York Second unit is my favourite.

I manage the Creo and PTC Mathcad YouTube channels for PTC, as well as all PTC Mathcad marketing in general.
